I’m giving this a 2-star rating because the woman I spoke to on the phone was super friendly. However, I gotta say, steer clear! I was looking into a quick purchase since we’re ready to move, but now we’re just gonna hold off. Our home’s been appraised at £250k by three different valuers. Initially, they said they’d offer £175k, but then they came back and claimed it’s only worth that same £175k and offered a mere £125k. What a joke! You could snag a mid-terrace for that price around here, but definitely not a 3-bedroom detached cottage with a workshop, gardens, and a spacious loft. I’m honestly shocked, but I’m moving on and keeping my distance. It did give me a good laugh, though!

I’m giving this rating just for the lady who took my call when I had a complaint. She was really great and super polite, even though I was pretty ticked off about being woken up at midnight by a 'message to text' call from Property Solvers. After that, I got another call, and to make sure they wouldn’t bother me again, I just unplugged my landline. I had called Property Solvers a while back to get my number off their list, but it seems that request didn’t go through.

I can totally vouch for Property Solvers, their customer service is top-notch. They're always there to chat and you can really count on them to handle things. A solid 5 stars for the entire crew at Property Solvers!
